About Ship Wreck Center for Conservation
The Shipwreck Conservation Centre is a branch of the National Maritime Museum in Gdalsk, opened in 2016 in a particularly designed constructing in Tczew, close to the Vistula River Museum. The museum consists of two essential elements: the conservation workshop and the studio warehouse, which complement every other. The Centre changed into opened way to a collaboration with the Norwegian Maritime Museum in Oslo and the Museum of Cultural History, Oslo.
It changed into funded via the EEA and Norway Grants and the Polish Ministry of Culture and National Heritage. The aim of the grant become to make maritime background handy to younger people and future generations.
