Opoczno

Opoczno is a city in south-significant Poland, in jap part of Lodz Voivodeship, previously in Piotrkow Trybunalski Voivodeship. It has a long and wealthy history, and in the past it used to be one of the maximum critical city facilities of northwestern Lesser Poland. Currently, Opoczno is an vital road and rail junction; its patron saint is Saint Cecilia, and the city is well-known across Poland for its folklore. Opoczno lies at the Wąglanka river, in northwestern corner of historical Lesser Poland, at the boundary between Lesser Polish Upland, and Mazovian Lowland.
