About Mielec
Mielec is a city in south-jap Poland, with a populace of 60,979 population, as of June 2009. It is placed inside the Subcarpathian Voivodeship; previously it changed into in Rzeszow Voivodeship. Mielec is the capital town of Mielec County. The first mention of a place called Mielec occurs inside the 13th century inside the 1229 bull of Pope Gregory IX. In the second half of the 14th century, "Mielecka" become referred to in a listing of parishes. The town of Mielec, a part of Sandomierz Voivodeship, was founded on 17 March 1457, while King Casimir IV granted a charter to John Mielecki for the established order of a town below the call of Nowy Targ.
For unknown reasons John Mielecki did not pass on to found the city; it became eventually hooked up by his two sons, John and Bernard, via an Act of 18 December 1470. The Mielecki own family owned the metropolis of Mielec till the closing of the Mieleckis died in 1771. Under their rule, there was intensive improvement of craft industries. In 1522, the primary guild became founded. This changed into the blacksmiths' guild. It changed into observed by using guilds of tailors, cobblers, potters, spinners, and weavers.
