About Fisheries Museum
The Fisheries Museum in Hel – a branch of the National Maritime Museum in Gdansk – is arranged in a noteworthy working off a previous Evangelical Church of St. Subside and St. Paul. Worked in the fifteenth century, it is the most established protected working in Hel. Amid the time of 1525-1945 it was working as a congregation of the nearby Evangelical Community.
Wrecked throughout military exercises, in the late 1950s the building was reserved for devastation, however, was spared by the choice of the Conservation Officer in Gdansk on change of the congregation into a seat of a nearby angling and normal history presentation.
In 1972, the question was given over to the Polish Maritime Museum in Gdansk. A block structure of the Gothic church with a fired rooftop conveys a trademark and novel shape to the scene of the town.
