Elblag is a city in northern Poland on the eastern fringe of the Zulawy area with 120,895 populations. It is the capital of Elblag County and has been assigned to the Warmian Masurian Voivodeship. Previously it changed into the capital of Elblag Voivodeship 1975 to 1998 and a county seat inside Gdansk Voivodeship 1945 to 1975. Elblag is one of the oldest towns in the province.
