About Chodziez
Chodziez is a metropolis in northwestern Poland with 20,400 populations. Situated in the Chodziez County, Greater Poland Voivodeship formerly in Pila Voivodeship 1975 to 1998. In the German language, it has historically been known as Chodziesen, after 1879 Kolmar in Posen. This call may be falling into disuse over the years, though it is able to nonetheless be observed in present day use in Germany in a few instances. A burial mound, expected to this point from 2000 B.C., is placed within the vicinity of the town where ultra-modern Sloneczna Street lies. From about 1500 BC, tribes belonging to the Lusatia way of life ruled the vicinity for 10 centuries.
In 1904 to 1914 two burial grounds have been discovered within the vicinity of vintage Rzeznicka Street that date to those times. In the early middle Ages 400 to 700 AD, a touch settlement existed at the south a part of Lake Miejskie. Chodziez beginnings move back at the least to the 15th century. First written mention is from 1403. The name Chodzies is referred to with that of the priest of the neighborhood Catholic parish. Researchers consider however, that town roots move again to the 13th century, whilst it already had its first church.
