The Santa Monica Parish Church normally called the Sarrat Church, is a Roman Catholic parish church in Barangay San Leandro, Poblacion, Sarrat, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. It changed into built in 1779 and become at the beginning called San Miguel Church.
