About Kapoor Haveli
Kapoor Haveli is a residential building in the city of Peshawar, in modern-day Pakistan. It was home of one age of the Kapoor group of India. It was developed before the parcel of India, somewhere in the range of 1918 and 1922, by Dewan Basheswarnath Kapoor, father of Prithviraj Kapoor, the principal individual from the family to enter film industry. Among the eminent individuals from the family, Trilok Kapoor, Prithiviraj's more youthful sibling and his child, Raj Kapoor were born in the building. The Kapoors are Punjabi Hindus.
After the Partition of India in 1947, individuals from the family, as different Hindus, left the city and the building. It was bought in a bartering in 1968 by a nearby individual from Charsadda town in the North West Frontier Province under the settlement condition and after that sold to an occupant of Peshawar.
