Norsk Luftfarts museum

It was opened by King Harald V on May 15, 1994. It is the Norwegian national historical center of aeronautics and furthermore the biggest flying gallery in the Nordic nations, covering around 10,000 square meters 110,000 sq ft. Arranged in Bodo, Nordland the building is molded like a colossal propeller and contains both a common and a military accumulation of flying machine. The displays of the Norwegian Aviation exhibition hall recounts the tale of aeronautics with an attention on the Norwegian history - from the earliest starting point the distance to show time. The accumulation is separated into a military segment and a common segment.
