Eastern Southland Gallery
About Eastern Southland Gallery
This is also known as 'Guggenheim' by Saatchi and Saatchi manager Kevin Roberts, the Eastern Southland Gallery is a provincial open workmanship exhibition hall, arranged in the Arts and Heritage Precinct of Gore's CBD.
Built up in a previous Carnegie Library assembling, the Gallery incorporates the John Money Wing, which includes the wonderful and universally eminent gathering of exile New Zealander Dr. John Money.
An awesome benefactor of expressions of the human experience, his accumulation incorporates works by Theo Schoon, Rita Angus NZ, Lowell Nesbitt USA, Bambarra, Dogon and Baga carvings from West Africa, and compositions and cutting from Elcho Island Australia.
