The Port of Rotterdam is the biggest port in Europe, placed inside the city of Rotterdam, Netherlands. From 1962 till 2004 it become the world's busiest port, now overtaken first by way of Singapore after which Shanghai. In 2011, Rotterdam turned into the world's eleventh-biggest box port in terms of twenty-foot equal units dealt with.
