Efteling

De Efteling is an amusement park and activity complicated in Kaatsheuvel, a village within the Dutch province of Noord-Brabant. In addition to the amusement park, the whole Efteling World consists of a theater,2 lodges, vacation parks and a golf park. It is the biggest leisure park inside the Benelux in phrases of traveler numbers and floor place. The Efteling is one of the most visited topic parks within the world and turned into the maximum visited leisure park in Europe after the French Disneyland Paris and the German Europa-Park in 2017.

In that year, 5.18 million human beings visited the park. In 2018, 5.4 million humans visited Efteling. The Efteling is one of the oldest open subject matter parks in the international: the Efteling turned into formally opened on 31 May 1952 with the Fairytale Forest. The roots of the current park are in 1935, whilst the R.K. Sport and Wandelpark become formally opened on 19 May. The plans to construct a sports activities park have been created in 1933 and were initiated by way of pastor De Klijn and chaplain Rietra. This plan turned into later multiplied with a playground and tea house.
