About Omaruru
Omaruru is a town and constituency inside the Erongo Region of Namibia. The city has 14,000 population and owns 352 rectangular kilometres of land. The metropolis is located near Mount Erongo, at the usually dry Omaruru River. It is positioned on the primary paved street from Swakopmund to Otjiwarongo. The name in the nearby Otjiherero language approach 'bitter milk', because the farm animals used to browse on a local bush that became their milk bitter.
