About Great Mosque of Sale
The Great Mosque of Salé is a mosque in Salé, Morocco. Covering a region of 5070sqm, it is the third-greatest mosque in Morocco and was at first worked in the region of 1028 and 1029. It has been smashed and changed a couple of times since the primary improvement.
It was worked in Almoravid and Almohad configuration styles, and the mosque features nine bends. It was to a great degree hurt in the Bombardment of Salé in 1851 and was rapidly closed in the midst of the French protectorate in Morocco. It has been crushed and recreated usually since that date.According to history specialist Abd Al-Mun'im Al-Hasidi, 700 French slaves were engaged with the remaking under al-Mansur's requests, and the reproduction included a madrasa.
