Ulaanbaatar

Ulaanbaatar is the capital of Mongolia. It is in the Tuul River valley. Initially a traveling Buddhist focus, it turned into a changeless site in the eighteenth century. Soviet control in the twentieth century prompted a religious cleanse. Soviet-time structures, galleries inside surviving religious communities, and a lively conjunction of customary and 21st-century ways of life epitomize the cutting edge city. Ulaanbaatar's focal square, Chinggis Khaan or Sükhbaatar, contains statues of Mongolian pioneers. The National Museum follows the nation's legacy, and there's a Soviet-style Cultural Palace. The Gandan and Choijin Lama religious communities survived the cleanses. Gandan now has occupant priests and a 26m gold-leaf statue, and Choijin Lama is a gallery.
