Tequisquiapan

Tequisquiapan is a town and region situated in the southeast of the territory of Queretaro in focal Mexico. The focal point of the town has cobblestone avenues, customary rural houses with fashioned iron apparatuses, galleries, and wooden windowsills, which is the inheritance of its 300-year legacy as a pilgrim town populated generally by indigenous individuals. This, the atmosphere, and the nearby regular water springs have made the town a mainstream end of the week escape for urban areas, for example, Queretaro and Mexico City, which has prompted the development of end of the week homes in the town.

Tequisquiapan is a piece of Queretaro's Ruta de Vino Wine Route with La Redonda as the region's significant maker.
