About Tecolutilla
Tecolutilla is a territory of the district of Comalcalco, in the province of Tabasco, in Mexico. In the 2010 statistics it had a population of 15,637 inhabitants in its urban region. Its pledge is chontal "Tecolutilla", it signifies "spot of the owls ". Recently called Tecoluta de las Montanas or Tecoluta. The City of Tecolutilla was established as Tecoluta de las Montanas in the 19th century when it was populated by indigenous transients from close-by locales. The new pilgrims made alterations in the fauna and neighborhood vegetation.
The principal pilgrims cut piece of the wilderness existing to introduce the new population. The pilgrims built up the abuse of wood, yields of corn and beans, items that were transported by the Tupilquillo River, which went to the tidal pond of Tres Palmas, close Paraíso. The items were taken to places like Santa Ana and different cabotage posts. There is an adaptation of Tecolutilla local, unsubstantiated, that occupants of Comalcalco as Paradise understood that Tecolutilla created and sold more pepper, sugar and corn, an issue that produced doubt that declined to remove the town's arrangement of region.
