Ixtlan

Ixtlan is a town and region in the Mexican province of Oaxaca around 65 km north of the city of Oaxaca on Federal Highway 175 towards Veracruz. It is a piece of the Ixtlan District in the Sierra Norte de Oaxaca locale. The town of Ixtlan existed before the Spanish Conquest of Mexico.
