Berriozabal

Berriozabal is a Mexican city belonging to the country of Chiapas. Its principal activities are livestock, forestry and the sowing of corn and sorghum. In unique, its pastime for decades was the manufacture of hammocks because it was a place for the production of ixtle and henequen. The predominant currents of the municipality are: the perennial rivers Grijalva, Florida, El Cedro, Arroyo Blanco and El Sabinal; additionally the intermittent river Arroyo Ojo de Agua, amongst others.
