A legend linked to the chapel states that during the Turkish invasion, there was the risk of a young girl and her sisters, who were caring for her family's sheep, by the invaders. By the time the sisters escaped, the young girl could not run fast, because she was a little bit teaty. It is said that he was hiding in a cave under the chapel, on the left side, and in the meantime he prayed to Mary's mother Mary, pledging that if she was saved, then she was dedicated to our Lady Build a chapel. When Turkey invaders followed, they did not look for them in the cave because they thought that the girl could not hide there because there was an intact web at the entrance door, which would not have happened if someone went inside.
