Nur-Astana Mosque

It is famous among tourists as well as locals, it is a mosque situated in the city of Astana, the capital of Kazakhstan. It is the third biggest mosque in Central Asia. The mosque is situated at the left riverbank in the city of Astana; development initially began in March 2005. The mosque was a blessing as per the understanding of the Kazakhstan President, Nursultan Nazarbayev and the Emir of Qatar, Hamad receptacle Khalifa.

It has a limit of 5,000 admirers inside the mosque, including 2,000 for admirers outside the mosque. The structure is made of glass, solid, stone and alucobond measures. Its supplication lobby is an impeccable multi-domed space with engravings and geometrical designing in blue, white, gold and red.
