About Roman theater
Amman's Roman Theater is a 6,000-situate, second century Roman theater. An acclaimed historic point in the Jordanian capital, it goes back to the Roman time frame when the city was known as Philadelphia. The theater and the adjacent Odeon are flanking the new Hashemite Plaza from the south and the east separately, while the Roman Nymphaeum is only a short walk away in south-westerly course. The auditorium was worked amid the rule of Antonius Pius.
