About Toda
Toda is a city situated in Saitama Prefecture, Japan. Starting at 1 February 2016, the city had an expected populace of 136,652, and a populace thickness of 7510 people for each km². Its aggregate region is 18.19 square kilometres.
The towns of Niizo, Kamitoda and Shimotoda were made inside Kitaadachi District, Saitama with the foundation of the regions framework on April 1, 1889.
The towns converged on June 1, 1941 to frame the town of Toda. The town added the town of Misasa on July 20, 1957. The paddling rivalry of the 1964 Tokyo Olympics occurred in Toda close to where the present day Toda-Koen Station is found.
The paddling territory which is nearby the Arakawa River is still being used today. Toda was hoisted to city status on October 1, 1966.
