Tenkaisan Oya Temple is a Buddhist temple of the Tendai faction in the city of Utsunomiya, Tochigi Prefecture, Japan. As indicated by legend, the temple was built up by Kukai, the originator of the Shingon faction, in the year 810, however this has not been solidly settled.
