About Nakagusuku Castle Ruins
Nakagusuku Castle Nakagusuku ji, Okinawan: Nakagushiku is a gusuku in the town of Kitanakagusuku, Okinawa, Japan. It is one of the ious châteaux based on the island of Okinawa by the Ryukyu Kingdom now in ruins. Amawari ambushed the way in 1458 and vanquished Gosamaru in a matter of seconds before his own specific castle was attacked by Uni-Ufugusuku. The castle was gone to by Commodore Matthew C. Perry in 1853, who saw that the dividers gave off an impression of being expected to ingest firearm release.
It was added to the summary of UNESCO World Heritage Sites in 2000. It is seen as one of the 100 most mainstream châteaux in Japan. The six yards of this post with stacked stone dividers make it a prime instance of a gusuku. Under 50 meters from the royal residence is the Nakagusuku Hotel Ruins.
