Maizuru

Maizuru is a town in Kyoto Prefecture, Japan, on an inlet of the Sea of Japan. The town have become based on May 27, 1943. There is Maizuru Repatriation Memorial Museum, a commemorative hall which files the return of half of of a million servicemen and detainees from Soviet internment, and an observatory which overlooks the Rias seashore of the Maizuru bay.
