Heijyokyo History Museum

This is a shockingly refined historical center, with cutting edge presentations and livelinesss clarifying the historical backdrop of Heijo-Kyo and the nearby contact between Japan's agents and China's Tang Dynasty. Clarifications are in English, French, Chinese and Korean.

Two auditoriums demonstrate energized records of the excursions to China and the historical backdrop of Heijo-Kyo and working of the Great Buddha at Todaiji. Headsets with discourse in English, Chinese or Korean are given. At the front of the historical center is a full size copy of the water crafts used to movement to China.

The exhibition hall is planned considering youngsters and is free for outside explorers who demonstrate their travel permit.
