Hot Springs is the eleventh-biggest city in the province of Arkansas and the area seat of Garland County. The city is situated in the Ouachita Mountains among the U.S. Inside Highlands, and is set among a few regular hot springs for which the city is named. As of the 2010 United States Census, the city had a populace of 35,193. In 2015 the assessed populace was 35,635.
The focal point of Hot Springs is the most established central bank in the United States, today protected as Hot Springs National Park.
