Aizuwakamatsu

Aizuwakamatsu is a town in Fukushima Prefecture, Japan. As of one November 2018, the town had an anticipated population of 120,733 in 49,942 households, and a population density of 320 folks according to km². The total vicinity of the city became 382.97 rectangular kilometres. The place of gift-day Aizuwakamatsu became part of ancient Mutsu Province, and become settled from prehistoric times.

After the Meiji Restoration, Wakamatsu Town become created with the established order of the modern municipalities machine on April 1, 1889. It have become Wakamatsu City in 1899. The call changed into changed to Aizuwakamatsu in 1955.
