About Torcello

Little Torcello island has couple of occupants however it's frequently occupied with tourists in summer. They come to visit the Basilica di Santa Maria Assunta, with its Venetian-Byzantine mosaics and perspectives of close-by Burano from the chime tower, or to look at the Ponte del Diavolo, a scaffold without any parapets, and the stone seat known as Trono di Attila.

The people come with their family and friends for enjoy this place. A modest bunch of restaurants along the primary channel serve lunch.It is a beautiful island in Italy and very romantic.
