Finale Emilia

Finale Emilia is an Italian metropolis of 15,433 inhabitants within the province of Modena, in Emilia Romagna, of which it's far the easternmost municipality of the province and is a part of the Union of Modena Municipalities Northern Area. It is set 42 kilometers north east from the capital. The Finalese territory has constantly been a border region with a history that is misplaced inside the mists of time the primary urban settlements of which there may be evidences date again to the Bronze Age.

The strategic aspect that covers the Finalese territory become already widely recognized in Roman times, who settled there between the 2^nd and 4^th centuries, possibly founding that Forum Alieni stated by using Tacitus in his Historiae. The first legitimate document wherein Finale is explicitly noted dates lower back to 1009, particularly the document mentions the Finalese citadel stated as an item of change among the bishop of Modena Varino and the abbot of Nonantola Rodolfo.
