About Castel San Pietro
Holding a key position on the eastern bank of the Adige, the Castle of Saint Peter sits on a somewhat elevated hill and has been possessed since Roman circumstances. Initially, a church devoted to Saint Peter remained here which gives the castle its name.
During the 1300's the genuine palace was worked as a means for fortress for the city and stood firm for more than 400 years.
Despite the fact that the palace is never again open to people in general, you can at present stroll through its grounds, respect the stunning design, and experience phenomenal perspectives crosswise over to the historic centre of Verona.
