About Haifa Bay
The Bay of Haifa or Haifa Bay , once in the past Gulf of Acre or Bay of Acre is a sound along the Mediterranean shore of Northern Israel. Haifa Bay is Israel's simply trademark harbor on the Mediterranean. Supported by the Kishon River, the urban regions of Haifa and Acre check its southern and northern capes, while its center is settled with slopes and the provincial Krayot neighborhoods.
Mount Carmel climbs from the southern edge, while the mountains of the Western Galilee keep running up to the shore at as far as possible. The Port of Haifa lies along part of its southeastern coastline.
