Ashqelon

Ashkelon or Ashqelon, additionally referred to as Ascalon, is a coastal metropolis within the Southern District of Israel at the Mediterranean coast, 50 kilometres south of Tel Aviv, and 13 kilometres north of the border with the Gaza Strip. The historic seaport of Ashkelon dates back to the Neolithic Age.
