About Kilteel Castle

Amid the thirteenth and fourteenth hundreds of years the town turned into a Norman fortification.

In 1409 Henry IV conceded to Naas its first contract as a Corporation and a couple of years after the fact it was offered influence to gather tolls at all the doorways to the town, the cash to go towards invigorating the town with dividers and entryways.

Ruler John's Castle was reconstructed and consolidated into the town divider structure.

The vaulted rooms of the old building still exist in the mansion.

There is a line of mansions and houses toward the north and east of Naas, which with its own guards, turned into the boss southern station of the "Pale" fence, requested by "Poyning's" parliament in 1494.
