About Basrah Museum
The Basrah Museum is a museum in the Iraqi city of Basra, housed in a former palace of Saddam Hussein. Its series is related to Mesopotamian, Babylonian, Persian civilisations, in addition to the history of the metropolis itself. Basra Museum opened its doorways to the general public in March 2019.
