Yoga Nandeeshwara Temple

Nandi Hills is known for its temples, all of which hold a great religious significance. Among the many temples, another temple to add to your list is the Yoga Nandeeshwara temple. It is one of the prime attractions of the Nandi Hills and cannot be missed.

It was built by the Cholas during the Chola period. The main deity of the temple is Lord Shiva. The temple is situated atop a hill and the two Dwarpalakas guard the doors of the temple in grandeur. The temple is architecturally beautiful and has intricate carvings worth gazing.
