The main race happens between the months of September and October, Usually there are two teams wearing colorful cloths and as soon as the race starts both teams roar and scream in the rhythmic manner. And once one boat moves ahead of the other the winner starts emerging. People cheer for their respective teams constantly and the sport people witnessing once in their lifetime becomes the favorite.
