About SRI KALARAM MANDIR

It is an old Hindu holy place arranged in the Panchavati region of Nashik city in Maharashtra. It is presumably the most imperative Hindu altar in Nasik. The compositional plan of this sanctuary is like the sanctuary of Trimbakeshwar. The sanctuary has been developed totally out of dark stones and four passageway entryways, one each confronting East, West, South and North. The sanctuary is encompassed by a fenced in area which contains 96 columns. The stones utilized as a part of the development of the sanctuary were brought from Ramshej. It took right around 12 years to finish, with the assistance of more than 2000 specialists. Kalaram Temple is around 70 feet high and has a gold-plated top. The summit of the Kalaram Mandir is comprised of 32 tons of gold.
