Shri Dahigaun Teerth

Shri Dahigaun Teerth is a famous Jain pilgrimage site in the Solapur district of Maharashtra. The ancient temple is noted for its beautiful architecture.

It houses a 244 cm high, black-coloured idol of Bhagvan Mahavir Swami in the Padmasana posture. The walls of the temple are adorned with ancient paintings. There are oil paintings of many Digambar Acharyas. The temple is situated in a serene and peaceful atmosphere. The greenery around the temple complex adds to its beauty.
