About Regional Science Centre

The Regional Science Centre, Bhopal is positioned in the Shyamla Hills region of Bhopal, India. It is aimed toward popularizing technological know-how and era most of the human beings, particularly the students. It is one of the constituent devices of the National Council of Science Museums or NCSM. RSCB was inaugurated on 12 January 1995 through the then president of India Shankar Dayal Sharma. A sky commentary programme is prepared on weekends after the sundown, in addition to for precise astronomical occasions which occur from time to time.

Awareness packages and exhibitions are prepared on unique days including the International Museum Day and the No Tobacco Day. Student reveals and technology gala's are also organized from time to time. Special lectures by means of scientists and professors are prepared in celebration of commemorative days. Contests for students, film shows, focus programmes, drama festivals, workshops and special exhibitions also are held to have fun these days. Multi-day workshops are held for college kids throughout the summer vacations.
