Phawngpui Peak

The most astounding crest in Mizoram, Phawngpui peak. That is such a unique place for visiting. Sangau town, which is around 229 kms from Aizawl, is the nearest settlement to Phawngpui. With a tallness of 2157 meters at the pinnacle, the edge extends about 10 kms in north-south heading. It is encompassed by sheer inclines and bluffs, of which Thlazuang Kham is the most astounding one. This windy edge is a virtual garden of wonderful blooming trees like rhododendrons and orchids of different shades, and one can likewise get astonishing perspectives of blue hazed slopes stretching out to the skyline all around.
