Patiala Zoo

The Patiala zoo is a major attraction for children. It houses a wide variety of animals. There are different species of sparrows, monkeys, alligators, peacocks, rabbits and deers found here.

One can explore the Deer Park. It is a haven for the bird watchers. The park is situated 5-6 kms away from the main city and can be visited between sunrise and sunset.

The zoo is the best place to get closer to nature and enjoy the greenery, shady trees and a long water body. There is a small cafeteria for refreshment.
