This trek is quite easy and anyone including kids can do this trek. This trek to Vaishno Devi will surely be memorable. Talking about the town, Katra is nestled within Jammu, or to be precise is the last location of Jammu just near its border. You can reach Katra with any means of transportation.

Talking about the trek this trek is done at night time and the time varies from 5 pm to 6 am. This 13 km trek will surely leave you amazed. By amazed, I meant the scenic view which this hilly area shows you. While trekking, you can see Katra's full fledge shimmering lights which will definitely stay in your memory.

After the trek is over when you reach its summit, you will find a cave. Proceeding further, Hindu idols such as Mata kali, Saraswati and Lakshmi are worshipped here in full fledge. Cloakrooms are available to store your luggage, regarding drinks and food stuff, they are available on the way! This trek may feel tiring but it’s worth it!
