About Nahargarh Fort

Home to the paranormal activities, this fort was one of the main forts which were used for the defense of the Rajputana kingdom. Prior to Jaipur, Amer was the said capital of the Rajput empire. It is said that this city was one of the main centers for trade. Nahargarh Fort nestles along the way to Aravalli hills.

If you are quite bored with the fort you can enjoy the wax museum which is situated in the fort. You may even find some amusing delicacies inside the fort as this fort houses a food court. Nahargarh literal meaning is the abode of tigers. This fort was said to be named after Nahar Singh. This is one of the most amusing forts that you must visit! There is a nearby shrine too.
