About India Gate

India Gate which is also known as the Indian war memorial is currently located in Rajpath. Rajpath is a place located in Delhi, India. Many people from far and wide come to this place due to its significance. This structure is often compared to Arch de Triomphe which is located in France.

The height of India Gate is about 42 meters and was designed by Sir Edwin. The India Gate is considered as one of the largest war memorials of India. The India gate technically is dedicated to 82 thousand Indian as well as British soldiers who lost their lives during the first world war India was being used as a pawn by the Britishers.

Lord Irwin the viceroy of India at that time, unveiled this monument/structure in the year 1931.This place can be visited by kinds of tourists.

we have planned for a trip to manali and delhi. manali was good, whereas delhi plan was very poor. while we return from manali to delhi, the cab that they arranged met with an accident. so, my entire one day plan for delhi local sight seeing was spoiled. when i have asked for negotiations, raveena glacial adventures spoc is fully money minded and asked for full settlement with no mercy. she has asked cab driver to stop the services in the middle of road, and argued with me for full payment. and
