About Heritage Center

Mussoorie Heritage Center is situated 3 kms from the Library Bus stand. It is situated on the Chamunda Peeth Temple Road in Mussoorie. Opened in November 2013, it had one objective: showcasing and preserving the heritage of Mussoorie and the nearby areas. Today, it has become a famous tourist destination.

It exhibits the tradition and culture of Himalayas through paintings on canvasses, sculptures, frescos, murals and scrap art. It also showcases a wide collection of local artifacts like musical instruments, clothes, jewelry, vessels etc. One can enjoy taking walls around the center and purchase sculptures, stones and locally made souvenirs from the small shop in the center.
