Harni Mahadev

This is a popular Hindu shrine, located in the city of Bhilwara in Rajasthan. Dedicated to Lord Shiva, it attracts devotees from far and wide.

The temple houses a Shivling which has immense religious importance. It derives its name Harni from a village which lies nearby. Located on a hill, it affords a beautiful view of the entire town. The temple is a splendid example of true Rathasthani style of architecture. During the festival of Shivratri, a three-day fair is held here, which is attended by many people.
