About Guru Ke Mahal

Gurudwara Guru Ka Mahal was worked as an unassuming cabin in 1573 CE by Guru Ram Das Ji, the fourth Sikh Guru. It was the private place of Sri Guru Ram Das, the organizer of Amritsar. Master Arjan Dev got hitched and also designated as a Guru in this Mahal. Baba Atal Rai and Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur were conceived at this place and Sri Guru Hargobind Singh was additionally lived here for quite a while. Afterward, it was expanded and adjusted by Guru Arjan Dev and his child, Guru Hargobind. Presently it has been changed over into a gurudwara.Guru Ka Mahal is popular for the holy book of the Sikhs, Guru Granth Sahib and is set on a stage raised on the ground floor inside this three storeyed holy place. The storm cellar has a reflection room where the Sikh masters used to ponder and form holy psalms.
