About Ghoom Museum
Ghoom Museum is one of the three historical centers of Darjeeling Himalayan Railways. It's situated at the Ghoom railroad station premises. The exhibition hall room is appropriate over the Ghoom station. Ghoom is nation's most elevated rail station at a height of 7,400ft. The other two DHR exhibition halls are situated at Kurseong and Sukna. In 1999, the popular thin check Toy Train of the Darjeeling Himalayan Railway was concurred the UNESCO World Heritage status.
